  1. Using a fork, whisk eggs, milk sugar

 in a bowl.

   2.    Melt half the butter in a large frying

 pan. Dip 2 slices of Golden Food

 Kitchen Fruit loaf, into mixture, turning

to coat on both  sides evenly, Let excess

egg mixture drain . Cook  over moderate

heat for 2 minutes or  until golden  brown.

3.    Transfer to warm plate cover loosely

with foil to keep warm.

4.   Repeat with remaining  butter and the

      fruit bread.


4 Slices Golden Food Kitchen Fruit  loaf,

3 eggs

1/3 cup milk

1 tablespoon caster sugar

40g butter

Fresh strawberries to serve

1/3 cup Maple syrup, to serve

Whipped cream to serve.


With Strawberries and Maple Syrup & Whipped Cream

Serve at once with  fresh strawberries maple syrup and  whipped cream .
